Shipping

Shipping charge base on size order, ALL Neon Signs and beyond products, but is limited to the Contiguous US (Lower 48) States only. Additionally, UPS applies a surcharge for Rural Route deliveries and you will receive an email for approval of the assessed surcharge before your order is processed. For a shipping rate quote to ALASKA or HAWAII or CANADA , please email us at sales@neonsignstudio.shop and place “Shipping Quote” in the Subject Line.

How long will my order take to ship?
All Products sign orders will generally ship within 5 to 7 business days.
If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within the normal time frame, please contact us check for order status shipping.

Where will my items be shipped from?
All Products signs ship directly from our warehouse located in California.

Please remember UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box number.
